Cabin Amenities
Our 23 individual cabins and four townhouses of the Grand Vermilion Chalet provide our guests with the amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable, worry-free vacation.
Whatever cabin you choose for your group, you can expect:
- Air conditioning
- WIFI
- Bathrooms with tubs and/or showers
- Hot and cold running water
- Gas or electric heat
- Kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, range, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, cookware, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. (Cardinal does not have dishwasher)
- Most have a gas or wood-burning fireplace
- Sundecks and charcoal barbecue grills
- Bed linens and towels with change of towels mid-week
- Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, liquid dish soap, dishwasher detergent and bar soap
- Maid Service is not included, but is available for a fee.
Please consider packing:
- Food, including spices such as salt and pepper
- Beach towels, as cabin towels are not intended for beach use
- Charcoal and lighter fluid
- These items are also available for purchase on-site.
Cabin Policies
SMOKING: Pehrson Lodge cabins and buildings are smoke-free. Smoking is limited to the outside, with proper disposal of all butts. Please do not throw butts on resort grounds.
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT: Check-in at 4:00PM Saturday and check-out at 8:00AM Saturday for onsite, weekly summer stays. Consult your confirmation letter for early/late season check-in and check-out times. Red Pine Retreat summer stays arrive and/or depart on Sundays.
QUIET HOURS: In effect from 10:00PM-8:00AM.
VISITORS: For the privacy and security of all resort guests, visitors must register at the Lodge. Numbers of guests will be limited at owner's discretion.
COMMUNICATION: Free WIFI is available in all units and in the Lodge. A nearby cellular tower provides AT&T signal throughout the resort. Guests using other carries might consider activating WIFI assisted calling, in case the tower fails to provide a strong signal through their carrier.
CANCELLATIONS: With early notification of at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a fee of $50 for each cabin/unit or 3.5% of the deposit paid, whichever is greater, if we are able to re-book your space with a new, like reservation. Or, if space is not re-booked, your deposit may be applied to a future stay. With notification less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, no refunds will apply. In the case of late notification, 30 days or fewer before your arrival date, full payment is owed. No refunds for early departures.
